Barlow Park

Phase 2 of Barlow Park is now complete, located on the former Barloworld headquarters site, further shaping the precinct into a high-density, mixed-use neighbourhood within Sandton.

The R3 billion development is transforming the site into a residential-led urban precinct supported by retail, education, and lifestyle amenities.

Phase 2 introduced 846 residential units, building on the success of Phase 1, which delivered more than 740 apartments, the Curro Barlow Park school, and a neighbourhood retail centre in 2024. Together, the phases strengthen the precinct’s role as a walkable, connected urban environment within proximity to Sandton Central.

Positioned adjacent to Innesfree Park and key transport routes, Barlow Park responds to the demand for well-located, integrated urban living that balances density with access to green space and daily convenience.
