North Cape Mall

Since 1965, North Cape Mall has been an established landmark and popular shopping destination with deep roots in the Kimberley community.

Conveniently located next to the N12 on Memorial Road, the 32,235 m² mall offers easy access and ample free parking. National anchors such as Pick n Pay, Woolworths Food, Game, Sportsmans Warehouse, Clicks and Dis-Chem are well supported by the community, while the centre’s blend of comfort, convenience and variety continues to attract residents, students and travellers.

North Cape Mall is currently undergoing an upgrade to refresh and enhance the shopping environment. The project includes painting the façade, replacing floor tiles and upgrading the bathrooms, with completion scheduled for the end of November 2026.

The centre also offers 3,133 m² of office space, accommodating tenants such as Nedbank, UNISA and Old Mutual. These improvements will build on the centre’s current momentum and ensure that North Cape Mall remains a relevant and welcoming destination for shoppers and tenants.
