Since the successful completion of the renovation of Kuruman Mall in 2015, the mall has been growing from strength to strength with a waiting list of exciting national retailers interested in taking up space here.

The above combined with the reality of the Central Business District that has become contentious, it is evident that there is the need for another safe and secure shopping destination.

Moolman Group has therefore identified the 3.1ha site optimally located on Cnr Tsening Rd & Bree St, on the opposite side of the prominent taxi rank, to develop a Convenient Shopping Centre of approximately 10 000m², called Segonyana Mall (aptly named after the Segonyana Municipality).
