This redevelopment by the Moolman Group and One Eighty Property Holdings of the 5,000 m² shopping centre will be anchored by a 3,000 m² Shoprite. The new and bigger Shoprite store will carry a wider range of products to cater to the needs of the local residents. The shopping centre will mainly serve the needs of the bus and taxi commuter at the Nelspruit bus terminal. This is a precinct with exceptionally high foot traffic located in the heart of Nelspruit.
