It is with great excitement that the Moolman Group and partners The Networth Group can announce that their much-anticipated new convenience shopping centre broke ground in the third quarter of 2022. This milestone was acknowledged with a Sod Turning ceremony on 20 September. This new development, aptly named The Greenery after the old municipal nursery that used to be on the site, promises to offer shoppers an upmarket, convenient shopping experience.

This project is possible due to the partnership with the local municipal authorities who had the vision to stimulate growth in the region by putting land out for tender for development.

The planned development will aim to utilize these routes by constructing entrances that feed into both Grobler & Thabo Mbeki Streets.
