As we mark the completion of the Mall at Newmarket’s expansion, the Moolman Group, Rejem Property Development (PTY) Ltd. and Linton Projects (PTY) Ltd. extend its heartfelt gratitude to the greater Alberton community. Over the past eight years, this centre has evolved into a cherished destination for essential shopping, value, home décor, and more, thanks to your unwavering support.
Renewal for Our Cherished Community
To commemorate this success, we embarked on an exciting journey of renewal and expansion that aligns seamlessly with our community’s needs. Our mission was clear: to elevate the customer experience, enrich our fashion offering, and fortify this vibrant node.
The transformation breathes fresh life into the heart of our mall. From updated communal spaces to improved lighting, refreshed courts, and modernised signage, upgraded bathrooms, refreshing new side entrances and every detail aims to create a renewed atmosphere for our valued patrons.
Additionally, we’re expanding our parking facilities to ensure everyone has a hassle-free experience. These extra parking areas will be ready for your convenience by the end of April 2024.
Introducing New Offerings
In our commitment to delivering a comfortable shopping experience, we proudly introduce a host of new stores, adding 2,320 square meters to our offering. Starting September 28th, you can explore Woolworths Edit, UNIQ, Mr. Price Clothing, Milky Lane and the relocation of Pick n Pay Clothing.
As the festive season approaches, we’re excited that Sheet Street and Miladys will become part of our growing family in early December 2023.
Renewed and Ready
Several of our existing tenants have taken the opportunity to undergo renovations, aligning their spaces with the enhanced customer experience. You may have already noticed the transformations at Panarotti’s, Mugg & Bean, ABSA, and Vodacom.
Community-Centric Development
In addition to our own renewal, the new Medimix and Netcare Hospital, situated across from us as part of the Newmarket Node, exemplify our commitment to providing the Alberton community with everything they needed in one accessible location.
