Development is our passion and we are fortunate to be able to continue to expand our current portfolio during these challenging times. Hebron Mall being a prime example. Earthworks has commenced, with a scheduled opening date of March 2022.
Hebron Mall’s first phase will consist of approximately 23 000m² of Gross Lettable Area, anchored by Shoprite, Boxer, Clicks, Roots and Cashbuild. We have the opportunity to expand to 29 000m² in time. The anchor stores will be complemented by a tenant mix of well-known fashion, convenience and food operators.
Hebron is located about 30 kilometres northwest of the Pretoria CBD with minimal retail offering in the area, apart from a select few food & grocery outlets. That makes it a prime location for us to develop a new shopping destination with our partners Twin City.
It is easily accessible via the R80 (the Mabopane Highway) to the east and the M20 (via Ga-Rankuwa) to the west. The number of residential households have also been growing in volume, amongst others due to the nearby Thorntree View development consisting of ±2 000 dwellings.
