Buffelspruit Matsamo Mall opened on 26 October 2022.

The redevelopment and expansion of Matsamo Plaza was initiated to make room for the growing demand of Buffelspruit and surrounds, the mall’s vibrancy has been bolstered with an additional 10 512 m2 of trading volume to create Matsamo Mall – cementing its position as a central retail hub for local customers.

The mall is set to enhance the current retail offering of the Schoemansdal District and bring value to residents of neighbouring countries (Swaziland and Mozambique) with new anchor stores – Shoprite, Roots, Clicks, Cashbuild, and Boxer.

The interior art installations speak to the local culture and acknowledge proud traditions and passions.
