Musina Mall

The 30,453 m² Musina Mall opened in March 2017, with destination anchors Shoprite, Checkers, Woolworths Clothing, Edgars and Dis-Chem – complimented by some of the nation’s favourite retail brands. It is located in the heart of the heritage rich town of Musina in the Vhembe District of Limpopo. Musina is South Africa’s northernmost major town and is a mere 10 km from the Beitbridge border post into Zimbabwe. The mall’s two closest competitors are roughly 100 km and 200 km away respectively.

In July 2020, Moolman Group welcomed the Flanagan & Gerard team as new equal co-owners of Musina Mall and Moolman Group increased their shareholding in the asset to 50%.
