Westend Office Park

The Westend Office Park development commenced with the completion of the first of six buildings in June 2015, delivering 3 700m² of gross lettable area. On 17 September 2024, stakeholders marked the completion of Block E, adding a further 4 760m² of premium office space. Block E introduced a range of high-quality amenities, including a Gautrain shuttle service, backup generators, high-speed fibre connectivity, landscaped gardens, a car wash, restaurant facilities and shared boardroom spaces.

The completion and opening of Block F in November 2025 marked the final phase of development at Westend Office Park, bringing the total precinct to approximately 32 000m². Designed as a modern, A-Grade office building, Block F contributes an additional 4 600m² and strengthens the overall offering of the park. Its delivery reinforces Westend Office Park’s position as an established and highly accessible office destination, responding to sustained demand for efficiently planned, high-quality workspace that is within walking distance of the Centurion Gautrain Station and close to key transport routes and business nodes.

With development now complete, the focus has shifted to occupation and activation, supporting the long-term vitality and value of the precinct.
