The Moolman Group, in partnership with Twin City Development and JB Holdings, is planning a 42 000m² shopping centre in Rustenburg, within close proximity of the very vibrant Rustenburg CBD and a mere 500m from the main taxi rank. The proposed shopping centre will not only serve the huge commuter market that travel to Rustenburg on a daily basis, but also the approximate 80 000 households within a 5km radius.
Transfer of the approximately 15 hectares of land has taken place.
Further to the proposed shopping centre, the site allows for a mixed use of development comprising of over 65 000m² of GLA. The anticipated opening date of the shopping centre is October 2020.

The BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) terminal has been constructed on Swartruggens Road (R104) directly opposite the site. As mentioned above, the site is located +-500m from the main taxi rank.

A pedestrian walkway with a pedestrian bridge is planned to ensure easy, convenient and safe access for pedestrians from the rank to the
shopping centre.
